Desirable location 10 minutes from UNC Hospitals and less than 30 minutes from Duke University Hospital

I was in Chapel Hill for 2 months for a rotation at UNC. The unit was in a super convenient and only short drive to the hospital/UNC. The owners were very personable, attentive, and responsive. Any questions I had they were quick to respond with clear communication. They were also very welcoming and inviting. This was my first stay using the furnished finder app but I had a great experience and can recommend a stay at this unit if you're planning on spending some time in Chapel Hill!

This unit is very clean, well maintained, and generously stocked with all your needs. It was the perfect place for my son and his classmate to stay during their clinical rotation. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to area stores and restaurants. The best and most important part was how great the owners were to work with during the process. They are very accessible and will respond to any questions or concerns promptly, something that makes this place stand out when compared to others during the search for places to stay. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process!! If you are fortunate to find this place available during your search, don't hesitate to book!! You will be glad you did!

This property is a great size and in a great location. The condominium was clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need including laundry, cleaning supplies, and anything else you may need. The owner's were great to work with and responded quickly. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Chapel Hill area, this is it, I would highly recommend staying here. If I am back in the area for another rotation, this is definitely where I will be staying!
