Great location! It's in a smaller town just outside of Utica; 15 minutes from Wynn. There's a local diner next door, and a restaurant/bar across the street. There's a park close by if you travel with animals. John was super responsive and professional.
Nice place for healthcare workers to stay during the contract. Apartment is located in a small village 15 min from Wynn, quiet and safe neighborhood. John gets back to you with any requests quickly. Plenty of outdoor parking in front of the apartment. I was by myself, but for 2 travelers it would be even better deal.

A longtime resident of the area my wife of 37 years and I have raised our 3 children here. The building was purchased to operate my business from. Over time as the business change and more space became available, we rented the first floor to a hair salon. That was 10 years ago and the same tenant is still with us. I am currently a full time real estate associate broker heavily focused on client care and generate most of my business by referral.
