Convenient 3 Bedroom House near Honolulu

I know it seems a bit steep for a room with shared bathroom and common areas, everyone told me its what a private studio would cost but there are a lot of amenities that many studios wouldnt have. Very nice and modern house with brand new appliances, aside from the fact that there is no A/C. Ceiling fans and open windows kept the house cool at night. Definitely would require a bit more of a cooling system during the day in the summer months. Spacious and clean. Indoor washer and dryer. Its in a good location, walking distance to Chinatown and the buses. Convenient for me while working at CCOH, right next to Kuakini Medical Center. Overall a positive experience, K was very helpful with any house related concerns and had great communication, sending info via text or email. I enjoyed my stay and had great roommates. The few times that I encountered the neighbors, they were also pleasant and welcoming. Would recommend to professionals looking for a nice place to stay!
