This is an amazing new property in a quiet and peaceful location. The lake is 60 yards out the back porch. Gas grill with additional gas tank and two covered porches. All appliances are new and work great including ice maker. A short drive to either Milledgeville or Eatonton for shopping or dinner. Great neighbors and great owners. All appointments are included and very nice. Seriously, this one is a slam dunk!
