Furnished 1 Bedroom Block from the Beach

My wife and I stayed here for the month of July and truly loved it! The house is in an absolutely perfect location. Quieter than some of the busier parts of the peninsula (which was an amazing relief). From the house you can be to some of the best parts of Newport with just a quick walk or bike ride. The beach is a two minute walk away (if that). The house itself is the perfect size. There was ample room for the two of us, and the day bed/trundle would be great for a visitor if need be. There is tons of natural light, and a great updated kitchen. The porch was a luxury and our go to spot for eating, lounging, and relaxing. It is decorated super well and doesn't feel like a staged (and uncomfortable) rental property that you would get from most rental services. Rather it felt like a comfortable and real home. Overall, we loved our month at this house and have no bad things to say. The landlord is super responsive to any needs, and went above and beyond to make our month great!

I stayed here for a few months while I worked in Irvine. I could live here for years but have to move back to Sacramento. Perfect location, 2 blocks from the beach. Fun, Cozy, Bright and Breezy Updated interior with good storage and a cool layout. Big enough to have a friend or two visit. There's an extra bed in the living room and has a roll out bed underneath. Neighbors are also really cool, chill people. Buy a long board and skate to the pier in 5 minutes. Take surf lessons nearby. Parking can be challenging on Mondays from 8:30-Noon (street sweeping). Overall a great place to stay though. highly recommend it.
