Mt Tabor park is located within a 1/4 mile of the house with multiple trails and views to enjoy. Cute coffee shop right at the base of the park that is also an amazing local market filled with goodies for both home and bod!

Montavilla Farmers Market is a huge local attraction. A true gem to have that runs year long! Its within walking distance of the house.
Academy Theatre is just a few blocks away! I feel so spoiled to have a theatre this close to my house/in walking distance!
The heart of Montavilla where you will find many bars, restaurants, vintage shops, YOGA studio, Massage studio, coffee shop, breweries, bottle shops, etc. including too many local faves to list but Ill mention Redwood is one of the best brunch spots in Portland which is really saying something in this foodie town! Also within walking distance so wake up on your day off and mosey over to Stark for plenty of options for treating yourself.
Coquine Market. Located at the base of Mt. Tabor along a truly charming portion of Belmont St. Youll love it here. Visit the shop, the restaurant, and feast your eyes and your buds!
Another local gem.
Location is key and while you may think this spot is on the edge it really is not. SE has so much to offer. Its a central location thats close to just about everything. Anything you want can be found within just a couple of miles. The city, the mountains, the airport, etc. When you want to branch out from our cozy abode near Stark St, take a stroll down Belmont St. Hawthorne is also close. Hollywood is close. Division, Woodstock, Sellwood. All are close by! If you get sick of that, go out to Sauvie Island and visit St. Johns!

This place has everything you need. Tons of starter stuff and everything including the wifi works great. Jennifer was a very thoughtful landlord and made me feel welcome right away. Place felt safe and was quiet and only blocks away from bakeries, bars and stores.

I worked in Portland during the summer for an internship and Jennifer was a great host! The unit itself is a good size with a nice bathroom and a smaller kitchen. Jennifer was very kind and attentive to any needs we had, and made the space a very nice home feeling environment. She also has a really nice cat who we got to see every once in a while. Great place to stay!
