Audrey / Private Room

This house is very nice and the couple that lives, owns, and rents out their extra rooms, are lovely. I'm a traveling CST and this house is a perfect location to get to Georgetown Memorial Hospital, and a quick 30 mins drive up to Waccamaw. The house is nice, cool, and clean. There was about 4 other tenants traveling and renting, the other individual rooms for a month at a time during my 3 month stay. Not all at once, although everyone was polite. I worked 40 hrs/week and even more oncall, so I didn't interact much with the other tenants, but we would see each other from time to time in the common areas, like kitchen. You have your own private room and restroom. The laundry room was right across from my room, the Audrey, so it was easy to get to and use. But it was also quiet enough not to bother me when others used it while I was in my room. Thank you Sharon and Walter. If I end up back in Georgetown, SC. I would definitely rent from them again. Sharon and Walt were really great hosts! Bedroom and bathroom combination was exactly what I needed. The kitchen was readily accessible. Would highly recommend!! Minutes from the hospital and dining/entertainment.
