Born and raised in Clovis, I partnered with a couple of buddies, Steve and Elliot, to refurbish a building in downtown Clovis. The building had multiple lives before becoming an apartment, the last being a doctors office in the 1940's. It's now the coolest apartment in Clovis. Exposed brick, open ceilings, and original wood floors.
