With enough kitchenette amenities that you may not need to utilize the shared middle floor kitchen. The host is absolutely lovely - Friendly, considerate, kind and welcoming. She also doesn't cook everyday, so if you like to cook a lot the kitchen will be readily available. The share entrance is directly by the front door, so it feels very separate. The condo backs up to beautiful maintain trails for walking/hiking. Close to groceries store. Easy drive to concord hospital. You won't regret leasing this space for your contract.

Ive stayed here for a couple of assignments. The room/space is very spacious, and the hostess makes you welcome! You have your own private bath, a mini fridge, a small table, and a comfortable bed. Its really a lovely space! Hostess is very friendly, and a medical professional herself, so she understands the craziness of hospitals and traveling. HIGHLY recommend!

The host is wonderful and I felt very welcomed! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. I had my own private bathroom, refrigerator, and clean soft linens. The location is secure and very close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend!!
