We're excited to welcome you to our neighborhood and share south Seattle's hidden gems with you. The Beacon Hill neighborhood has been home for 10 years. We find it offers a quiet atmosphere with a select set of delicious local restaurants, coffee shops, a public library, brewery, and grocery stores all within a short walk from the house. We love the location in that it offers great access to transit (the light rail train & buses) and to freeways, to make getting around the city and the region fast and easy.
