My husband and I had stayed in this unit during our travel and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The landlords who resided upstairs respected our privacy and was very prompt with any requests or concerns we had. They had such a lovely and pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated their professionalism and how clean and comfortable their space was. My favorite features of the unit were: the comfortable bed, the heater installed in the bathroom, and the cooking space. Also the space was quiet with minimum noise. We had a great time here and thankful to have had good housing and welcoming hosts.

We are empty-nesters who moved to the Knoxville area in 2021. Suzy is a retired medical assistant. She is also a freelance writer and published author as Londa Hayden. If you like historical fiction you can find her books on Amazon under Washingtons Woods series by Londa Hayden. Steve is a chemical engineer and works in Oak Ridge four days a week. He loves woodworking in his garage shop. We love RVing with our two fur babies.
