Luminous and spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Dogs negotioable (no cats/ lizards/ etc..) and only "low shedding" dogs please... Room is up a steep flight of stairs (old house), not ADA. If you are serious about renting my room, please CALL me. I am only at the house part time.
Very secure and quite neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Downtown Fruita. Not a "party / college" town. Very chill. If you are serious about renting, please CALL ME... thank you

Hi, I am a 53 year old single guy, very active: Mt. Biking, skiing, hiking... etc... I split my time between telluride (where most of my work is) and Fruita. I also travel a lot -so am out of country quite a bit- some years more than others. I'm clean cut, no frills kind of person, but am 420 friendly and am very chill. I have a rat terrior dog- so if you have a dog, make sure it's cool with others. We would share the common areas. I am a very good and open communicator, would like same from you.
