Cozy 1/1 near St. John's Towncenter

This place is amazing, wish my wife and I could stay here longer! Alas, I'm a travel nurse and moving soon for another assignment. We've had a great stay. Lauren is friendly, super communicative, and accommodating. She checks in regularly and we've never had any issues. The apartment is decorated nicely and well-supplied with all of the essentials and more! We brought a few small kitchen and living items that we like to travel with, but could have left them at home and wouldn't have missed them. The community is quiet with great amenities- elevator, gorgeous outdoor pool, grill area, hammock area, clubhouse with pool table and free fancy espresso coffee machine, Amazon delivery hub, dog park, plenty of open parking, well-lit with sidewalks and lots of close places to walk. We might sign a lease here ourselves if we were staying in Jax permanently. The price is right too for this great rental. Would absolutely stay here again if available.
