Olivete Place is the newest of our properties, and the main house is being renovated to provide Adult Foster Care for young adults with IDD. Before DEC owned this property, it was a bed and breakfast named Maricopa Manor. We are fully renovating the entire property, including the landscaping, to restore its historic beauty.
