I stayed at this rental for a little over 2 months and just absolutely loved the house and the owner. I work from home and so this was the perfect setup with one of the bedrooms having a great desk for remote working. The house is located in a great part of Dallas and was so central to everything. It's a very quiet street and was great for walking my dogs. Worth noting too that it has a very large backyard with a privacy fence and was a very dog friendly rental. What made the stay 5 stars on top of a great property was the landlord, Adrienne. She was very accommodating and communicative and ensured that everything was taken care of for the stay. Any issues I had that came up were promptly taken care of and she was even able to accommodate me staying an extra week. I found the home to be an incredible value when comparing to other rentals in this area of Dallas, it honestly ended up being a better deal furnished than any year long unfurnished rentals in this location. If you're looking for a short term rental in Dallas, do not pass up this property!
