Peaceful and Well-Maintained Room Rental in Tiverton - Cozy Courtyard and Convenient Amenities

The owner was very polite in showing me around Rhode Island and MA. I had a short stay here during the start of winter that consisted of cold showers(or no water at all), heating issues and neighbors that could be rowdy. With the understanding that it is a condo and we cannot control neighbors, the issue was addressed accordingly but not much changed. The water and heating issue were addressed and upon moving out it was brought to my attention that there was nothing wrong with the water(although it was still cold) and that even though I was told I could increase the heat in my room that supposedly had little or no insulation it was actually an issue. She was understanding in me moving out due to the water, heat and neighbors. Hopefully some of these issues were eventually resolved.

I stayed with Tracey for about 6 months. She made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Also took her time to show me around Rhode Island and MA. She was very attentive to my every need, through the summer time and bits throughout the cold weather to make sure I was comfortable. I loved the advantage of having the washer and dryer in my area, also my own restroom, and entrance! Very peaceful neighborhood. The location is perfect, everything is within range. Tracey is very good with communication. She's very sweet and straightforward. 10/10
