A was very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. This is a remodeled condo that is new to the rental market. We were the first renters for this property. The condo is in excellent condition and has all brand new furnishings, including new comfortable beds. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with quick access to the mall and many restaurants. It is an easy drive to the hospitals via Nicholasville Rd or Clays Mill. My daughter stayed here while completing a rotation at UK hospital and it was just perfect for her 2 months in Lexington. A great place for any traveling health care professional or grad students looking for a short term furnished rental. We would definitely stay here again!

My name is Adreona and my husband Richard, and I have four children. Three girls ages 16,10 and 7 and one son aged 14. We also have a cat Lilly who really looks like a lioness weighing in at 14 pounds, a dog Mia who looks more like a cat weighing in at 6 pounds and eleven hens and two roosters. Though we are super busy, family is very important to us so we make sure to map out as much family time as we can each week.
