Spacious 1 bedroom within walking distance of Atrium Navicent - great option for traveling healthcare professionals or students. The area felt safe and was quiet. Everything was super clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I stayed in apartment 1 and had a great experience. The utilities are all new. It is located on a quiet and safe street and is walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars downtown. Its also a short walk to Tattnall Square park. We definitely recommend staying here for any travel health workers coming through the area.

My husband and I are lifelong Maconites and have several beautiful Victorian homes that we have fully restored over the last few years. We have really enjoyed the renovation process and learning about their history as we have always had an appreciation for old architecture and enjoyed old homes tours when we travel. We rent these houses out as a combination of short term and longer term rentals.
