House is in a good location and Ellen(landlord) is so understandable and helpful in all situations.
Ellen is a great landlord -- very responsive!
Mold in property. The master bedroom, bathroom, AC unit and closets are filled with black mold. Landlord is aware and refuses to provide treatment for mold. Notified landlord that I am leaving a month early due to mold affecting my health and she refuses to return deposit. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY without a notice of inspection stating the property is safe to live.
