Quiet East Side Property on Park St

This house was riddled with issues for a good long while when I first moved in. Now granted the landlord was responsive and most of those were fixed but it was to the point where maintenance was out almost weekly for several weeks. Lots of electrical kinks causing things not to work and the breaker needing reset frequently. The bed broke in the master bedroom in the middle of the night and still had never been fixed when I moved out. The kitchen cabinets literally fell off the wall while I was putting dishes away one day. The bathroom sink leaked underneath all over my belongings. The hot water was an issue at one point. I could go on and on. I will say Meghan was helpful with these issues but it was as if no one inspected the integrity of the house before I moved in. At one point I asked for a rent reduction due to the frequency of issues and that was not acknowledged. I did have to ask 5 times for my security deposit back before receiving it but ultimately did receive it.
