What this property offers
We have a view of the ocean and a lovely prolific lemon tree in the front yard. Hermosa has been a safe environment since I have lived here. The house is off the street and back above garage level, so it dampens the street noise and we have double pained windows which adds to the quietness. South Bay seems to have the nicest weather, 10-20 degrees cooler in the summer months and 10-20 degrees warmer than inland in the winter...
40" smart TV, fire stick. The frontroom has a 58" Samsung smart TV. I have prime and Netflix.
This is our downstairs "original" bedroom, just with modifications, so now has a separated closet and bathroom, with private entrance onto the patio. Also boasts a mini-frdge and microwave, large dresser with 40" fire stick TV, has a desk with a light that will charge your phone, and an office chair. We have Frontier Fios (hgh speed) for internet. Quiet safe neighborhood with an ocean-view house. The house is up off of the street, above and back of the garage, which has a deck and barbecue. There is street parking with no meters. Bonus of a strawberry Meyer lemon tree in the front yard, never out of lemons. 3000 steps to the beach. Has a private entrance off the back patio.

I had a wonderful stay here at this home. The living area was very spacious and comfortable. I worked remote easy and efficiently. The home is in a great location, not too far from the pier and in walking distance to everything you need. It is quiet and peaceful. Nanci was very accommodating and assisted with any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay at this home again!

I am a court reporter in California and Colorado, so when I am in California, crazy busy. I spend a good part of the time in Maui where I have a 2-bedroom condo and do airbnb (so I can afford to stay). I am a brand new grandmother, so may be spending more time in California than Maui....or learn to do face time, and, of course, Skype. I am from Colorado, still have family there, but prefer warmer weather, and especially the water temperature in Maui. I also have two roommate here.
