I really enjoyed this place. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, close to work. Really nice landlord and the apartment was nice. Basement apartment with separate entrance. Spacious with all the amenities. Full size Fridge/ Microwave/ Convection Oven and a Counter top Burner plate. It worked for me for what I needed. The shower has excellent pressure and hot if you want.
