This neighborhood is extremely quiet as you can hear and smell the ocean most every day and night. We are respectful in that we take our outside enjoyment indoors at 10 pm. I am a 68 yr. old male retired from law enforcement approx. 13 years. Bought this house in 1991 and after my Life Partner of 30 yrs. passed 5 yrs ago.......I began a total remodel of this home. Now I am looking to rent the home and travel with my lovely lady for several months out of the year. It is literally a brand new home.....from the freshly textured walls, to the high end furniture and major appliances. With two six foot windows in the kitchen, the openess of the living area extends out into the beautifully hardscaped backyard.
