This was my first time visiting the city and to be honest I couldnt ask for a better experience, from the apartment to the service from the landlord. I definitely recommend and this is definitely a 5 star apartment and Ill be booking again the next time Im in Philly
My fianc and I stayed in this unit over the summer while fulfilling our college internship. The landlord seemed to be great and super understanding. Although after moving out, he confirmed the property was well taken care of and we qualified for our deposit back. We continued to reach out after not receiving it and after multiple attempts to reach the landlord, he began to not answer. To this day, we have not received our deposit back and have been told he would send it multiple times and then ghosted us! We will unfortunately have to take care of this legally. Please be weary of this issue with Micheal the landlord. Unfortunately we did not see this coming and it definitely caused some financial burdens when going back for our final semester of college.
