Great property and awesome host! David was wonderful to work with. Responsive, helpful, and detailed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in Chicago.
Staying at this property had been a delight. From the rooftop views to the heated bathroom floor, this condo has been my best stay in Chicago. David has been thorough, accomodating, and a great communicator throughout during our time in this lovely location. I absolutely recommend staying here.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Davids place! The space itself is so bright and open. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of comfortable seating. The view from the roof is a beautiful picture of the Chicago skyline. And David has been accommodating and responsive during our stay, we couldnt have asked for a better host.
My friend and I are traveling healthcare workers. We rented this space while working at Rush Medical. The loft is beautiful and loved having the extra bedroom for when friends or family came to visit. The access to the roof has been wonderful to have especially on nice evenings when we want to grill out and relax. The property is close to the Blue Line and other bus stops. Theres a grocery store a few minutes walk away as well. Highly recommend if youre looking for a short term fully furnished lease. David has been a fantastic host. Very responsive. Willing to adjust to our contract extensions and other life events.
