We live on a new, quiet street in Sublimity (a suburb of Salem). The unit has great sun exposure as well as room darkening blinds. The private, gated side yard is 9 x 30 with plenty of room for gardening, grilling, or lounging. There is a motion sensor security light that illuminates the entire side yard.
Smart TV is a wall-mounted 30 LG with a remote.
The studio is a private area in our home. It offers a bedroom, bathroom, living area and a kitchenette. Directly outside the private entrance is a large, gated side yard perfect for lounging, grilling, or gardening. Washer and dryer are available for tenant use.
Our property is on a quiet street in a small town 15 minutes from Salem. We love this location because it is close to what you need but has a country feel.
