It's in an excellent location if you want to walk to OSF. Everything worked well, it's updated and not cheaply furnished. Property manager is responsive and I would stay again.
I stayed at this place for about 5 months. This place is large and has everything you need! While I was there I had zero issues. Nights are quiet and there is security from the hospital constantly roaming the area. The landlord was great to work with. He was quick to respond for anything I needed. If you are staying in Peoria I recommend this place!
