The apartment features in-floor heat. The views of the lake below from both bedrooms and the living room are "picturesque". We live on 10 wooded acres 200 ft of accessible lakeshore on Hamlet lake in front and Cedar brook in back. We have a good road for walking and are within biking distance of town. The nearest gas station is 3 miles. Our home is on a private lake with 50 homes, about half being year round.

It is a nice apartment for both rest and activity. The views of the lake are terrific. People enjoy walking/running the road, and water sports on our lake.
