This is our beloved family home. It is spacious and well lit with a beautiful and private yard. We strive to keep it clean and well-maintained. If possible, we hope to keep the house shoeless by providing you with spa slippers.
Max 2 small dogs allowed - can be flexible but must be approved by owner. Pet deposit and rent of $50/mo is per dog. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Please use designated potty area in the yard...
Family friendly neighborhood conveniently located near many box stores, including Costco and Target. Close to freeway for a quick and easy drive to downtown SLO and Avila Beach. Basketball courts and park across the street, as well as hiking and mountain bike trails just a 5min walk from the door. Vet located just across the street.
