My smart tv, is a Roku set up
You will have your own entrance into the unit, with parking. The furnishings and linens are new. You will have 2 tv's with Roku's. The bedroom has an hangers, electric fireplace and ceiling fan. You will have your own mini fridge and microwave, you will have full access to the main kitchen and laundry. I do provide tide pods and dryer sheets for your use.
The neighborhood is a great rural neighborhood, the middle school is across the street and the back yard backs up to a corn field. I hope I've created a welcoming space for working travelers. I am here during the week, Monday-Thursday and spend most weekends in Ft. Collins, to allow you more privacy. My 2 mini Australian shepherds are my companions.

I stayed with here during the summer of 2024, and found myself right at home. Her aussies are the best and made the experience even better for me, although if you are not a dog person they will not bother you. In my opinion, I could not have found a better place to stay during my summer internship. The house is kept very clean! It may be intimidating to share a bathroom, but it was never an issue at all! If I was ever feeling homesick, I would just come home and chat with Mishie. She makes for the best experience! If you choose to stay here, you will not regret it.
