Spanish tile inside and out, with an outside fireplace and foyer. Property is landscaped with lots of native plants and flowers. Peaceful and quiet. On the lower forty, there are 3 pet llamas to view and visit.
Home is well kept inside and out.

Guest bedroom in home. Queen bed, dresser, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, own bathroom. Fully furnished Tuscan Style home on 5 acres with a 350 degree view, pool and fireplace terrace. Very peaceful home.

I had a wonderful stay at Ms. Cathy's breathtaking property. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and respectful of my privacy. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax after work. Ms. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Her communication was prompt and kind, and she clearly takes great pride in providing a great experience for her guests. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend to any travel professional looking for a reliable and peaceful home away from home!
This was an amazing place to stay! The views were absolutely beautiful!!! Ms. C was an amazing host. She was very accommodating and flexible. Ms. C would always check in to make sure there wasn't anything missing that I may have needed. Next time I am in the area I will be coming back. I am a professional healthcare worker and completed a traveling assignment in the local area.

Owner/Operator of Valley View Ranch (my sweet home). I love to bake sourdough breads and have friends and family over. I have 2 dogs, MaciMae, (the property protector extraordinaire) and MollyMoon (Love-bug). I also have 3 llamas, Mona, Pasa and Mamma. They are so sweet, friendly and peaceful. A wonderful addition to the property. My best days are when I'm in nature. I enjoy gardening and working hard on the property. I have a passion for cooking and baking!
