Perfect little place for an extended stay. Michael was very diligent about getting things fixed but there werent any real issues. Location was perfect and quiet despite being so close to Mississippi (a main road).
I am a travel nurse, I stayed here during a job at Mercy Ada. M the owner was great and always available if needed. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a long stay. It was very quiet, which is nice when you have to get up early for work. There were other renters in the other side of the duplex, and I never heard them either. Great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again!!
Loved my stay during my travel assignment. M is very attentive to any and every need and concern if any. Unit very cozy and clean

I have been a mortgage originator in Ada for the last 24 years, and I own dozens of rent houses and have been managing rentals for at least 15 years. I have been married to my wife Allyson for 24 years and we have a 16 year old son who plays baseball. We like to camp in our RV and bring our dog Bentley with us.
