Lovely walk-out lower level apartment

Perfect spot! Worked well. Lots of open space. Everything worked. Owner very helpful. Wants tenant to be happy. Offered soup when I was sick. Very nice dog. She did not bother me or my pet. Even sent a gift down Xmas AM. I was happy to find it during my short need. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a short spot.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is very accessible to all the major highways. The shopping is second to none with every store within 1-3 miles or less. The house is well kept and the yard is clean and neat with a lovely garden. The landlords are very kind also and will let you use the grill, hammocks, and fire pit. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere !!

I needed a place to stay while my house was under construction for three months. I work from home and there is a very sweet dog on the property which is quiet throughout the day, does not cause any problems or disturbances. The apartment if very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It's very quiet and I get to keep to myself. Appliances work, no problems with plumbing. The landlord is very accommodating, always wanting to make sure I had everything I needed and very open to sharing the yard for a lazy day in the grass. The backyard is fenced in and a beautiful, large yard. The front garden is expansive and in bloom. The experience has been exactly what I needed while my house was under construction. It has been very easy with moving in, paying rent, everything. I'd happily recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay.
