We have a farmhouse tiny on our private estate located in West Modesto. Very charming and cozy, perfect for up to 2 people. It can sleep up to 6 on occasion utalizing the beds in the loft (queen and full). Home is nestled on a beautiful private estate with a private gated entrance for the ultimate in privacy and security.

I stayed here with my 2 pups during a 13 week contract at the local hospitals. This place was heaven! It honestly made my contract 100x better knowing that I had such a lovely place to stay at. The family who own the property are such good people- communicative, helpful, respectful of your time and space. The tiny house is so new and updated, I had everything that I needed during my stay. The piece of land itself is so nice and peaceful! My dogs loved having the space to roam and it was so nice to be surrounded by peace and quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hello, we are the Watson's; Michael, Margie, Nolan and Angeline. We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and we absolutely love living in the country. We just recently purchased a custom tiny home that we have placed on the east end of our property that we are renting out.
