The condo is on the first floor with a zero step, keyless entry. There is a porch out front with 2 chairs and table as well as a metal screen security door. There is additional locked storage off of the porch with hooks to hang bikes. This complex is maintained very well and has plenty of green grass. It is right on the Greenbelt, which is a biking/walking trail that takes you all through Scottsdale and into Tempe. There are numerous parks and lots of restaurants, golfing, and shopping.
