Living in this townhouse has been a great experience, thanks to Trish Gordon's thoughtful management and David Slonim's construction expertise. Trish, a retired nurse, understands the needs of travel nurses and professionals with busy schedules, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. David has designed the home to be both functional and comfortable, with reliable plumbing and utilities included in the rent. The shared kitchen is well-organized with ample cabinet space, and each floor has a bathroom, with only two people sharing a washroomproviding a perfect balance of convenience and privacy. Beyond the well-maintained space, the sense of community makes this place truly special. This was my first time living in a shared house, and it has been nothing but positive. We even had a Christmas dinner together, which speaks to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You just need to be ready to clean up after yourself, keep noise levels down, and be respectful to your housemates. For any

The only problem I had with property were the landlords. The brother is the landlord" and the sister is the property manager" supposedly. I signed a lease stating $1,000 included everything. They did not give me a copy, and refused when I asked for one. They then began harassing me for money for the utilities, which I did not owe. They complained I was turning the air down too low. It was summer in the LOWCOUNTRY! 74 during the day and 70 to sleep. that is not unreasonable. The landlord shut the power off to the HVAC unit, and told us it was for a Fall tune up. He never turned it back on. I ended up in a hotel, then staying at a friend's house so I could sleep. Also, they were constantly in and out of the unit, and did not give a 24 hr notice that is supposed to be given to tenants. The brother, who is the landlord has a SEVERE anger problem, and the sister does as well if you do anything to rock the boat. I eventually moved out due to the unit being SO hot, and the lack of privacy.

Our tenants brought this review to our attention, and all of them were very mad about it as it is all untrue. She wrote this trying to hurt our business and reputation. She ran up the electricity bill, always saying she would gladly pay for it as she could not stand being hot. She never paid, moved out with a mattress being full of stains, and the room was filthy. She shared with them her finances were in a mess, so she turned in her retirement to pay bills, so she could not afford the rent. The air-conditioning went down, she moved out, and then wrote this horrible review. The entire group was so happy when she moved out as she was disruptive and disrespectful and lied. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience for all of us. This building is full, and we have no issues with anyone.

This city is a top choice for me when doing for work for my employer, and finding Patricia property just played nicely with this beautifully city. She manages the three units to my liking, things are attended to immediately and the price is just right. The home has three bedrooms nicely furnished, kitchen fully kitted, internet and home security. Never notice my roommates as everybody just like me is focused on work; so expect a quiet, ample space.

my daughter and I stayed at this location and it was absolutely beautiful; best location ever, and most importantly the people that manage this property were very attentive and concerned with how happy I was with their property. I would definitely visit this property again!

Living at 778 East Park Avenue is a perfect environment for people needing temporary housing but wanting to live with other professionals and not alone. The property management is excellent. Trish Gordon was very focused on providing the exact accommodations that I requested and was willing to be flexible about my move in date. David, the owner is very attentive to details. He provides a secure living environment and is very focused on each tenants request, whether maintenance or providing special items to make each resident feel comfortable. This property is a perfect option for those who want to be spoiled and pampered with excellent surroundings. I especially love the elegant furnishings and the interesting people residing with me. Lucky me, I have found the perfect transition home.

Decided to move in here on 8/31 after checking the place and everyone was nice and it seemed like a good place, but after I moved in from that day im getting racist messages from the landlady and the other tenants who btw were not talking to me at all but only to the landlady. she was being extremely offensive about my culture and everyone was just rude and it was a toxic and hostile environment. Thankfully I got out of there cause I was being harassed and was going to call the cops, but with some help i came elsewhere, just happy to leave that nut house.

perhaps it was the tenants all being upset with excessive drinking, smoking pot, being disrespectful to all of them, and not sleeping for 3 days and nights and playing loud music. I'm quite sure you were told to leave.

After responding to an advertisement for this room on 5/7/2024, I went to view the unit. As I am a traveling healthcare provider, I was noticeably clear with the representative showing the unit that the following amenities listed on the website were imperative for my stay: Internet Wi-Fi, Quiet Environment. I was assured that there would be no issues with these two quite simple requests therefore, I moved in on 5/19/2024. Within the next two days the tenant upstairs apparently owned two small cats that were allowed to run rampant at 2:00 a.m. every morning, with the young male in the room. I made several requests to the property manager to resolve this matter, however, this continued. Unfortunately, this had a serious effect on my graduate school online classes, to the extent that the weekend prior to my vacating the unit I went to a local hotel, (at my own expense) to ensure that my proctored final exams would not be affected by this intolerable, and disrespectful situation.
