My husband and I moved back to Dayton in March of 2023 to be closer to family and fell in love with this property. Our house is over 130 years old on a 1/2 an acre and includes a shop, garage, chicken coop, and the carrage house. The property includes several fruit trees (apricot, pear, plum, apple, cherry), thornless blackberries, and numerous garden areas. I have slowly been working on getting the garden areas cleaned up and back to its former beauty.
