The Viviani Villa remodel was just completed within the last 2 years. New double pane windows insure a quiet atmosphere. Kitchen and bathrooms were basically "gutted" and everything is new. All appliances and kitchen ware is new. A bottle of a white or red wine will greet you along with a bottle of non alcoholic drink should you choose. Space

Unit sleeps 4 people. The site would not allow me to list the third bedroom as a study/craft/office/exercise room. It has a Nordic Track exercise Bicycle, Yoga mat, free weights, craft table and reading chair with a selection of books and puzzles to complete. Also all Utilities are paid with a "cap" of $250 per month on Electric expense. Anything above that will be paid by the tenant.

Neighborhood overview

Tierra Kino is an established quiet, private neighborhood with only one main entrance. Traffic is therefore limited to those living within or having a definite reason for coming and going. It is within walking distance of the hospital, Walmart, Albertsons, Starbucks, Papa Murphy's Pizza and other food establishments. I travel with another nurse and we have been at this property for a year!! That should tell you how nice this place is! The landlady is exceptional and VERY ACCOMMODATING. There is a huge back yard for pets with green grass....in the desert!! The house has been recently remodeling and comfort.os.abundant. The property is ccentrally.located to shopping and local entertainment! Please.consider your stay here!!!
