Prescott Valley Studio

My stay was nice and peaceful at this great little place! It has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable visit. A complete kitchen, good sized living area and comfy beds. it is located on a spacious 5 acre property in the northern part of Prescott Valley. You can see many horses grazing throughout the area. I also enjoyed the very fast internet WIFI, as well as Roku tv for movies and entertainment. Another great feature is that there is a washer and dryer on site, which is a real convenience for a longer stay. You also cannot find a better value for price in all the area as the rent is extremely reasonable. You can't go wrong here in my opinion !

I wanted to say I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful studio property! It is cozy yet roomy as well. The kitchen has all the amenities, (full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave). The beds are very comfortable as well. The space has a wonderful view as sits high. It is in a more spacious and quiet rural setting, yet not that far from shopping. The internet connection is great as I was working remotely, and there is a smart TV with Roku for your entertainment as well. Also, there is a washer and dryer on premises too. The owners are very wonderful, super friendly people and will make you feel like family. Finally, the cost is the most reasonable in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little gem !
