Barclays Bliss Your Retreat in the Heart of Brooklyn

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Teresia's. We felt so cozy and held in the absolutely beautiful space in the wonderful building. The space was beautifully appointed and had everything that we needed. Not only was the stay amazing, but I was just impressed with Teresia herself about how on top of things she was with everything. Her communication is absolutely impeccable. She put together guides for us and answered questions so quickly and clearly. The location is also absolutely impeccable. It's right next to the Barclays Center, which means you can access all of Manhattan and Brooklyn very easily. I suspect that this may be the nicest apartment building in all of Brooklyn. I'm so absolutely grateful. It was the highlight of my trip in New York! It would absolutely be amazing to come stay here again! Nelly, who helps Theresia out with the stay, is also absolutely incredible and very on top of things and easy to communicate with. Theresia, Nelly, thank you so much for hosting us!

The location is perfect to get around Brooklyn and Manhattan. The space is large with amazing amenities like an in-unit washer dryer, pool, gym, and coworking/common space areas - perfect for working from home or getting back from the hospital to relax. The best part of this rental was Theresia. Whenever had had a question or issue, she was available and worked to make sure our stay was seamless. Nelly the cleaner was so nice and made sure we were comfortable as well. Note you are renting an apartment in the middle of the city, so there are some noises and smells that are out of their control, but Theresia makes sure you are well cared for. She even provided water for the water tank which was great for the hot summer days. There is a turfed dog park and avenue away and Fort Green / Prospect Park were only 10-25 min walks (take advantage of off lease hours before 9am!) Thank you again!

Staying at Shafe Rentals in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, was an absolute delight! The neighborhood is great and it was easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The proximity to the subway was a huge plus, making it super easy to explore the rest of the city. The unit itself was very nice and well-equipped with everything you would need. The building amenities are also a nice bonus. Lastly, Theresia was a pleasure to interact with and she always made sure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend Shafe Rentals to anyone looking for a great place to stay in NYC!

Such a nice clean stay in a great location! The owner is very responsive and helpful, and the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and maintained. I had zero issues during my stay, felt safe and had my privacy. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Wow, what an incredible stay! I can't say enough good things about my experience at this place. Firstly, Theresia, our host, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The apartment itself is nestled in a luxurious building with all the bells and whistles you could imagine 24-hour doormen, a gym, pool, and even study lounges. As a medical student, these amenities were a lifesaver and truly enhanced my time here. The apartment was spacious, impeccably maintained, and had a dedicated work area which was perfect for me. And let's talk about the cleanliness spotless! Big shoutout to the cleaner for their fantastic work. Having a washer and dryer in-unit was a game-changer, making my stay even more convenient. Plus, the location couldn't have been better right next to Atlantic terminal with access to all major train stations. Lastly, the rental process was a breeze, completed in just one day.
