Had a great 13 week stay here! Beautiful sunsets from the rooftop, sleek and modern living. Very short walk to downtown with breweries, bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. Nob Hill is a 2 miles and change walk away depending on your destination (I survived a few round trips) along a relatively peaceful road (Lead or Coal). With the rental being so close to downtown, it has a lot of activity around it so I appreciated that every external door had a deadbolt and the front door also had a metal grate security door. Garage is small, but my 2013 CR-V fit with some maneuvering (and tucking the mirrors in). Owner is responsive, accommodating and flexible and if I ever return to ABQ I will seek out both this rental and Joseph!
