Cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom house on roughly two acres. The house is in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, close enough to downtown (and the lake!) for quick, easy access, but far enough away to be peaceful. Both upstairs bedrooms have black-out shades and queen beds. The downstairs bedroom does not currently have a bed, but it does have a rowing machine, bench, and some free weights. This home has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. The bedroom downstairs does NOT currently have a bed, but it could fit up to a full bed/air mattress (or it could be used as an exercise room, bonus space, etc.) The home sits on about 2 acres. Dogs generally are allowed, with prior discussion. (Note there is no fence around the yard.) With apologies, no cats.
Quiet, established neighborhood close to walking/biking trail and downtown.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while working at the hospital. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The home owners are wonderful people and very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend this house in McCall!

My husband and I both were born and raised in McCall. We know and love the town and people, and we were thrilled to have the opportunity to purchase a house in our hometown. Julie's job took us to Boise, but we wanted to keep our house in McCall and provide a place to stay for people who help make the town run.
