Property Description

The private bedroom and en-suite bath are available on May 1, 2025 for $1800.00 per month. There is also a dedicated workspace for a laptop in the bedroom. The seven year old house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 2500 square feet under roof with an additional 1000 square feet of covered outdoor space under lanai in Aiea, Hawaii 96701. There are five steps leading up to the covered front shared entrance and the open concept main living areas are all on one level. The house is clean and well maintained and there are hardwood floors throughout the house.The Western lanai has beautiful view of the Ewa (Western) Plain to the Waianae Mountains. The house has a large grassy front yard with a fruit bearing Mango tree. The smaller grass back yard has a fruit bearing Winter Avocado tree and a lemon tree. While there are friendly neighbors, the houses are not too close. Being on a cul-de-sac type location, there is very little traffic - usually limited to only residents. The area is quiet and peaceful with usually only the sounds of birds singing. The house is a 15 minute drive to the Honolulu International Airport. Pali Momi Hospital and clinic is 2 miles away and Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Hospital is 4 miles away. Other medical facilities, such as Kapiolani Hospital for Women and Children, Kuakini Medical Center, Queen's Medical Center (major trauma facility), Shriner's Hospital for Children, Straub Clinic and Hospital, Queen's Medical Center West, and the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific are also nearby. The utilities of water, electricity, cable TV, Wifi and gas (for the stove and hot water heater) are included. No smoking. I am the owner and sole occupant of the house however; one dog and two cats live in the home and may venture into the shared areas.
