About the landlord

This property is owned by my husband and our daughter and son in law. We are close by so we are near if our tenants need anything. We are from South Carolina and moved to this area about 4 years ago to retire. We love Ft Lauderdale. My husband is a financial advisor and I am a Realtor in SC.. We still both work sometimes. Our daughter and her husband are in Marketing and Sales and they have our beautiful granddaughter MJ.
