    We are retired Business owners, we were both in the construction industry for over 30 years. John was a pipefitter, plumber and Sandra was an electrician. We had a mechanical electrical construction company for 20 years. Our company was located in Topeka, Kansas and upon retirement 15 years ago we moved to Ozawkie, KS on 120 acres. We have 6 sons and 17 grandkids as well as 5 great grandkids. All of our family is raised and does not live on the property so it is very quiet.
