Lovely Room in Spacious Home - New furnishings - Great for Nurses

I truly enjoyed my stay at Kaylynns place. House is very organized and its a very pleasant space. Kaylynn is very accommodating, polite and nice! I had a very nice roommate, no complaints! I felt safe in the neighborhood and street parking was always easy to find. Easy access to the highway and theres also a BART station close by. Downtown Oakland is a 10 min drive and West Oakland is definitely up and coming and theres a new market hall that just opened.

I'm so happy to have found this place. It fits my requirements nicely. K's home is very charming, clean, and perfectly located for someone who needs easy BART access to get around the East Bay. The room is very comfy for me, and I enjoy hanging out in the shared bright kitchen /dining area. The neighborhood is pretty quiet & neighbors seem friendly, and it is very close to the new Baller's baseball field and a new food hall opening soon. It is also in close walking distance to a brewery and great pizza place.

I loved staying here! The house was always in wonderful order and the room itself is clean, well-appointed, and has wonderful light coming in. The neighborhood is quiet and a fast, easy bike ride to downtown and many other neighborhoods. K is very welcoming and communicative which made the stay even more pleasant. I can't say enough good things and highly reccomend!

Staying here was the simplest part of returning to the Bay Area after being away for a decade. I needed a "home base" while starting a new role at a company in SF while also apartment hunting. Making arrangements was a snap and communication was a breeze. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and found the ambience to be very comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and relaxing, providing a comfortable night's sleep. I especially enjoyed returning from work and seeing the beautiful trees out front or chillin' in the quiet backyard. To say that K is friendly, eager to assist, and accommodating would be an understatement. She provided useful recommendations for exploring the local area. K and I even met up at the monthly First Fridays in Downtown Oakland. Great food! What a treat that was! Overall, this stay exceeded expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.
