1 month stay 5/5 stars The hosts gave a tour upon arrival and treated me like family, ensuring I knew every detail of the property and was comfortable settling in. They don't live far so if there are issues they should be able to address within a day or two Quiet street, some music at times but never goes too late. This is their 2nd home, not just a bare bones rental property, so it has everything you need and more. The AC is top notch, fast wifi and ability to connect to ethernet for work calls. Great hangout area in the yard and grill 1 min to Publix, 5 mins to bars/restaurants to watch sunsets on the bay. 5 mins to John Pennekamp for snorkeling at Cannon Beach and kayaking mangroves. 5 mins to scuba tours and boat charters. 1.5hrs to Bahia Honda State Park and 2hrs to Key West. 1hr to Everglades This is a great deal for 2 people to split the cost, but if you are coming solo like I did, it's still worth it because you could spend this much $ vacationing here for a week
