Its squeaky clean, cozy, on a large lot. Lots of Theres a buffet, kitchen table and chairs. Almost new couch, brand new bedding and pillows. Secure door at top of stairs with lock. 45 inch smart TV, two recliners and desk in bedroom. Two dressers and tile in full bath. Im clean, quiet and respectful. Clean, cozy vibe. Almost new windows. Quiet street and sidewalks for walking. Safe and nice neighborhood. The pictures speak for themselves. Im happy to help in any way I can.

Space

Its super clean and first time rental. Former vacation rental owner. Large yard and plenty of storage for ya. 45 smart TV and mini fridge along with microwave, toaster oven and air fryer. Brand new towels and shower curtain. Keurig coffee maker. I stay to myself but if youd like, Ill show you the town. Ontario Lake and park minutes away. Minor league baseball team 20 minutes away and 2 1/2 hours to Niagara Falls.

Neighborhood overview

Monroe Countys fastest growing town. Small town feel. Great village to walk, eat or have a cold one. Webster Park is just a few minutes away. The famous grocery store Wegmans is just down the road. Live music at the gazebo in the summer and they close Main Street a few times a year for jazz. Burkes Elegant Lounge is a 60s Irish Pub and Hedges is for sunsets and piano bar sing alongs.

I had the luxury to stay here, and I wanted to post this review before I leave in a few months. Mark is a great host and is very accommodating and respectful to his tenants. The master bath, master bedroom, and full upstairs living room is a plus. If you are looking for peace and quiet while living in Rochester, then look no further!
