We have an excellent Location in Downtown Colville! Walking distance from the library, police station, court house, local farmers market, post office and a block off the entire main street shopping area!! the local park is just Two blocks to the south east of the complex.

This apartment is fantastic! It has so much storage, which is the first thing you notice. I filled up my car with things to move and there's still plenty of storage left over. Everything you need is provided, from extra towels and soap, to condiments in the fridge and plates in the cabinets. This is an apartment that's ready to live day one, you just need clothes and food then you're all set. The Utilities being included is a fantastic system which allows for a no-worries flat fee each month. Truly the best part of this apartment is the community that comes with it and all the care put into the apartment complex as a whole. I have found my neighbors to be very friendly people and the garden at the center of the apartment complex is always a beautiful view to see out my windows. Rebecca Ringo is a landlady unlike any other, and it's clear to me how much she cares for this place and all the people in it. Highly recommended, the best apartment I've lived in.

    I live onsite. I'm a 1960 nature girl from the country who has brought a little bit of country with her to this centrally located apartment complex in Colville Washington. I take pride in the property, and strive to keep it in excellent condition. The furnished units are what I would like to stay in should I be traveling. I have a fabulous maintenance man who takes great care of the repairs when needed, and an onsite garden maintenance man keeping the place beautiful!
