This apartment is fantastic and so convenient to everything I needed. Both bedrooms were spacious and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The landlord was quick to respond with any issues that crept up. There is a Kroger grocery store and a Dollar General Store about 4 minutes away. There are also several restaurants close by. If you work at any of the downtown hospitals, its only about 12 minutes away. Full size appliances and a large washer/dryer for each apartment so no sharing. Landlord was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if Im ever in Louisville again.

I am a retired Clinical Manager (University of Louisville) and I now work two days a week at Baptist Hospital in the Mother/ Baby Unit. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family and two granddaughters who live close.
